About Tiny Lot Pizza and Grill
Tiny Lot Pizza and Grill has been serving Sacramento since 2014 with a straightforward approach to New York style pizza, smashburgers, and tiramisu. The kitchen uses a 2 to 3 day dough fermentation process that builds deeper crust flavor and creates pizza that feels lighter on the stomach. Every ingredient is chosen with intention, every sauce is made in-house, and every menu item meets 100% halal preparation standards using beef pepperoni instead of pork products.

Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 11 amβ9 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. Sacramento is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Traffic in Sacramento peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. The best pizza dough! Crust is super light and airy but nice and crispy. The pizza is flavorful and fresh as well. New gem in East Sac! Got a free slice while waiting on my smash burger. Definitely bringing the family here! Looking forward to the smash burger!

Loved the artisanal pizza by the slice, each one thoughtfully made and full of character. But the real standout for me was the smash burger, incredibly juicy and packed with flavor. The owner was wonderful, genuinely welcoming, and clearly very knowledgeable about the food. Highly recommend this place, and Iβll definitely be coming back

Tiny Lot Pizza & Grill is seriously underrated. Tried the garlic buffalo chicken pizza and spicy pepperoni β both were amazing. The crust and dough were outstanding, and everything tasted super fresh. You can tell the owner is passionate about making quality food. Wait time might be a little longer than average when they are busy, but itβs 100% worth it for pizza made this well. Will definitely be back!

So, I've been trying to find a good neopolitan style pizzeria for a while where I can actually enjoy more than the standard Margherita pizza due to my halal diet restrictions. This store did not disappoint. I tried a slice of the pepperoni pizza which was nice but took home the garlic buffalo chicken pizza and it did not disappoint! The base had good browning and the crust was crunchy and airy. Even after arriving at home, it didn't fail the flop test! (See my pics) The combination of the cheese with the garlic buffalo sauce and the chicken was fire! This place is legit. Definitely going to visit again! There are a decent amount of tables inside for dining in and although the parking lot outside isnt the biggest (hence the name Tiny Lot Pizza!), there's more than enough options around. They've also got a burger menu which includes smash burgers. Would definitely recommend checking this place out!

My new favorite pizza spot in town, phenomenal quality of ingredients, fresh, thin, crispy. Canβt get better than this. Owner and employees are the nicest youβll ever meet with a lot of care for their customers. 100% recommend to try this place and most definitely will be my go to pizza spot! 10/10 by far!
